What is the safest anti-androgen (to reduce testosterone) to be used with PM?

Hey all, new here. How can we know if what is being sold is red reishi or just reishi? Is there a difference?

As far as I know reishi and Red reishi is the same. It's just the short form. I might be wrong but that's how I understood it.
