I have been thinking about just doing PM because BO doesn't seem to work good enough unless ya take lots of bo pills. I really want to be as feminine as possible!

In my opinion, PM is the best choice for herbal HRT/NBE. But PM can't top pharma E2. As it is difficult for many people to get a prescription, there is always the possibility to buy hormones online. For that I recommend the following links:

PM is on its best when coupled with Reishi, vitamin D3 and MSM as those work well together... And don't forget a lot of calcium as PM eats it like crazy. Also the best brand of PM I know of is Ainterol XX anniversary. This combination, perhaps with few other things to supplement is likely the best option on herbals.
Does pretty far the whole list of changes that pharma HRT does, but its way slower. But nothing beats estradiol. I'm now two weeks in on Estrofem and the mental effect is nothing short of amazing. So far I can't say for myself but for feminizing your body, I would say conventional HRT supplemented with some herbals (Not phytoestrogens as there would be a receptor conflict which you want to avoid.) is likely the most effective way there is...
Btw, you can keep your PM dosage somewhat lower by taking it sublingual or buccal, the same way you would deal with estradiol pills. These methods bypass some of the liver process and give higher bio availability.
