Hi guys/girls, I have been reading alot on breastnexum and I'm trying to gather as much information as possible about PM. I'm a 24 years old guy with an athletic body. I have been fantasizing about having my own breasts for a very long time already. I don't want to transition, I'm a man and like being a man. But I would love to have some small boobs to play with. I'm aware of the risks and the challenges and I took a long time to think about what I want, so this is not some sort of impulsive action I'm taking. I'm wondering if there are people on here with an athetlic/slim body who started using PM. What did you experience the first few weeks and how long did it take to see some results. And what program did you use?

Go in it for the long haul and you'll likely see what you're looking for (as you described above). I went in with a similar aim and have gotten that and more.

I wouldn't describe myself as athletic, but very slim and have boobies. Am now on estrofem but got my things from PM.

Weeks......NO !

Be patient this really does take time but is worth it in the end. Yeah I know, am a guy too but have a totally fem body sorta weird, not really sure where I belong now but can understand where you are coming from. Confusing stuff

I don't have any experience what so ever with this or female hormones or herbal therapies. I am a body builder. Relatively lean and I have a lot of muscle. I have thought about transitioning. My only concern is that I don't want to lose my muscle tone strength and being relatively lean as much as I can obviously. I know that there will be muscle and strength loss when my t levels go low or stop, and I know it's inevitable that the estrogen or female herbal therapies will prob cause weight gain to an extent. I know those things will happen, but to what extent I don't know. And the only person I've found in my research who did anything similar is Janie Marie Kroc who is a powerlifting and bodybuilding athlete in her former self as a man, so before she transitioned he obviously was very strong and had a ton of muscle, I think he weighed in the 220+ range. She said she tried using hrt while on low dose androgens to keep as much muscle mass and strength since obviously that's a huge part.of her life as an athlete. She said she did not see any female changes until all androgens were stopped. So again I don't know how one could really walk that fine line of trying to have it both ways. That's really the only thing stopping me from trying pm and or starting any other forms of therapy besides obviously seeing a doctor or specialist to get synthetic estrogen prescribed.  She goes to talk about her experience on you tube and what not and says the biggest hurdle was her mind and being able to not stop or back track once the weight and strength started coming off.
I have a slim athletic build from being competitive in martial arts and running events (m37). I've been on PM for about 12 weeks, 1500mg capsules a day. Growing breasts is probably one of the last things I need. What I do take them for is that I would probably describe myself as either transfem or gender fluid. A couple of years of reflection of my situation has led me to the conclusion that my life would not be made better by transitioning this I started PM to help me feel more fem.
Over the past few weeks I've had no breast growth although I do get itchy in that area more frequently. The other changes I do like, within a few days if starting PM my skin is fantastically soft and fem feeling and my hair has a much softer texture. After week 2 my BO has changed. The one thing that I have noticed is that my butt has gotten bigger and more fem. I commute to work by cycling and combined with my running and kickboxing I think the PM is shifting fat to my butt area the more I train. My mood has improved greatly since starting PM. Judging from people I have spoken to and testimonials I've read I think being slim and athletic is probably an advantage in getting the PM working. I don't take any AA and I am hoping I won't get breast development I will probably stop the PM if I feel any breast growth has started.
