Forgive me if this is a bit of a stupid question. Will PM cream help to give a more shapely buttocks. I know it can help with breast growth but wondering if it would help with a more womanly backside

Buttocks take a lot more time to grow and change shape because you need to move a lot more fat there.
I wouldn't suggest to take any extra PM in any form.
Squats, cardio, and/or pharma grade HRT are the only way to a shapely feminine butt.
