Hey everyone, I have been pumping with a dual breast pump from Spectra. My nipples are sensitive but I guess feel like they have weight. It's more like a sore feeling but I kinda had maybe breast buds before but then they kinda went dead. Maybe it's just fat but anyway, I was wondering if I could be sucking my breast buds if that's possible more into my nipples? It's still only behind my nipples but I've always had puffy nipples when on pm and using pc. Any thoughts?
Sorry, I do not think it's the buds your sucking up, may be fluid migrating to your nips. Just my thoughts.

Now they are much bigger but not as sensitive. I definitely feel sore all the time but I wasn't sure if it was just from the pump. I don't have any discharge or anything that's why I was trying to get some opinions. Yours are awesome though! I got a handful but I got a long way before I get to your level. Do the buds spread out to become the whole breast or are they usually like just in the front of the breast and branch out?

The buds stay under the nipple area and spreads, you should be able to feel a rubber band type structure in the breast. The rest will be filled in with tissue and fat deposited. Thanks for the compliment its one of the first.

I don’t know if using the pump super kick started something or what but I seem to be really responding this time as I’ve been using pm and PC off and on. Definitely the size of a golf ball easily.

Not familiar with the type pump your using, I use the Noogleberry with XL cups and fill it about 2/3 of the cup. I like the pump and find I want to do more and longer periods of suction. Will check out your brand pump. Mine are between C/D cup trying for 38DD.

Cdizzle checked the spectra, it to me , does not cover enough of the breast to gain more volume and cup size. If you are trying for lactation then in my opinion it would be fine.

Overstimulating the nipple too soon can cause the breasts to not develop properly. You might need to change the objective, drop the pump and nipple stimulation (creates prolactin), and up the estrogen (sort of simulating pregnancy) for a little bit. I can't tell you anything reliable, though, this is like a business case study: We know what went wrong, but not how we could've prevented it or changed it. And dosing isn't possible to determine.
But if you increased the estrogen intake a bit for like three months, you might be able to push the development back to what I think you want - larger breasts, more budding again, proper development.
Then, go back to normal, if you've started gain. If not, you'll need to find another way. Maybe Fenugreek would work, I don't (Natureday, I think it is, which increases size, but doesn't make the nipple sensitivity, I understand.)

I want the sensitivity but I haven’t been as sensitive since I first started and then stopped. Now it came back but I was sure if I was damaging what was there. I have nature day but I didn’t want to take it in case it was better to continue on PM for the estrogen receptors. I still have some nature day so maybe I should do a regimen of that and then start the PM later. Don’t know if that would boost the effects of both since it would be something different. Good idea I think plus PC. Thanks for reply!
CDizzle, try PM, Black cohosh, flax oil and Fenugreek it worked for me. May or may not work for you. I'm not familiar with Nature Day. Hope this helps.
