I was reading on a document titled something about Glandular Program guide. It said:
"For men, bovine ovary is highly effective but it is a road you should only venture down once you are sure you want to make the full transition into womanhood. Taking bovine ovary starts a process of aromatization in men in which the body converts testosterone into estrogen, leading to a complete feminization."
That makes it sound like even taking a couple doses leads to an irreversible change in your body to complete feminization. Is that true or is that over stating what this does and that it takes much longer to do that? I would think if it did that it would be the holy grail for men wanting to change to females. I assume you can take it for a few weeks if you want and stop and you won't have any more changes that what may have already happened, correct?

6 months is a basic standard for no turning back ( though a full year is also stated ) ,if you have results before that time period and you were to stop your changes would not retain

So, does anyone know if just taking one dose of BO (2 250mg pills) and no more will make any change in how my body works? I've read that taking this stuff is irreversible - does that apply to just one dose too?
HRT will put you on the right track of complete transition not BO. BO will only shape your body to be female you will grow breast ,butt,hips,thighs and even will lose muscle and may even shrink your testicles a lot but to look like a female HRT will push it further like for the face and even lower T even more and add more E. So then the testicles will shrink to nothing over time and you may even lose complete use of the penis and it may shrink over time as well. BO is great to get started on and you won't lose what you gain from it.

Thanks. So I'm still trying to find out with BO what one dose would do to your body. All of the things I've read say that it will eventually change your body to produce more E than T, but when does that start, after the first dose? A week? If it's so powerful and affects the pituitary does just one dose affect the balance of hormones in your body so that just one dose makes you now produce slightly more E than you used to?
Just very little info about initial changes and I'm curious.
Also I am on Finasteride, does that make BO more effective on my body?

one dose will not have any effect its a long process of continually staying with a routine
you may not have any issues with mixing Finasteride with BO , best to try at least a research on side effect of Finasteride
but this hold true for any thing you consider taking ( including BO )
was Finasteride doctor prescribed?

yes though looking at the facts given about BO it will also
permanently reduce your T
it will also add facial changes
with a proper diet of protein and watching body temp and not rushing with too much dosage and no mixing with
Phytoestrogen
many can find satisfying results , with out getting approval from a sex therapist ,taking time going to doctor visits
for some take BO just to feel more at peace , and femm but know the limits of being passable

Yes, the Finasteride was prescribed to me for an enlarged prostate. Looks like the only thing I see on the interaction list that would apply is saw palmetto. The rest are other prescribed drugs, none of them hormones or such. One side effect of Finasteride that is only seen in about 1% of men is reduced amount of semen during sex. I do have that side effect.

Does the process of aromatization start with the first dose or do you have to have several doses say over a week or so to get that started? If it starts and you stop taking BO does it continue at the level it was when you stopped taking the BO, does it keep increasing, or does it stop?
