I had recently put most NBE efforts on hold (except for my spearmint tea experiment) because what I was doing was working a bit too well and had to come to terms with whether I really wanted to deal with being a man with breasts - that show. The man with breasts part was never really a question, because I really like them. 
Just started the PM and PM cream (love that stuff) combo up again recently, and the twins perked up nicely as if to say: Ahhh, thank you!
I don't doubt the short break was useful (as well as the ongoing spearmint tea regimen).
