Hello, I'm looking to grow very small breasts. I'm planning on (over a week or two building it up) 1500mg of PM, 500mg of SP, and potentially 500mg of FG.
I heard Fenugreek doesn't necessary cause breast growth/tissue, but it causes more of breast firmness, and I also read it can help with sexual performance. I really would to try and retain my sexual performance, will fenugreek aid me in this in any way? Will Fenugreek help make the breasts a little more firm? What happens if I stop taking it, will they get flabby?
I would love to fill an A cup bra and still to be able to still go shirtless at the pool without getting too many odd looks. Would FG be better for this, or is my plan alright?
