Hi all, I have been member for quite some time and I have learned a lot from everyone. There is a youtuber named Britney Nicole that has a video about making her own spearmint capsules, she uses food grade spearmint oil. I am not one to go by what one person says about things with out doing my own research. Take a look at her video and let me know if anybody on here has tried this and what the pros and cons would be.
