So I was just wondering if pomegranate & spearmint juice would for increasing estrogen & decreasing t & promoting breast growth? I was on red clover & spearmint & did notice some breast growth but I had to stop taking the red clover because it was giving me nausea & bloating. I read the pomegranate contains estriol, estrone, & estradiol in plant form & that in addition to being estrogenic is also anti aging & great for the skin among many other health benefits. I got 100% pomegranate juice not from concentrate & it says t is a full strength juice. & I used traditional medicinals spearmint tea & I made a cup of tea let it cool off & mixed it with a cup of pomegranate juice. Ohh & I just started this regimen today btw & am having my first glass of pomegranate spearmint juice as we speak. If nobody knows if it will work or has experience with this I will update on what happens after doing this over time.
