Just a question, I did Google this but was unable to find the information I wanted, maybe Lotus has a thought on this ?

I added a magnesium supplement to my mix a few weeks ago, lately my breasts have been hurting more than they ever did, is it possible the supplement is increasing the effects of my HRT/NBE program ?

2 mg E
100mg Spiro
3/4ml WP or Reishi
5mg fin.

I had the same effect just using PM.  Only my original purpose for taking Mg was to help with muscle cramps.  But it did seem to help promote E somehow.
Magnesium does actually benefit hormones, meaning magnesium increases the conversion from TT (total testosterone) to free T........thus increasing the likelihood of aromatase (see the connection?).

Additionally, Mg(magnesium) improves the HPA (hypothalamic pituitary axis).....improves hormone production, mostly from what I see, magnesium has the ability to lower stress (anxiety) and improve thyroid function.......could it beneficial over synthroid?, dunno yet, but you know I'm on the crab (on the hunt for more info lol).  ;)

Awesome, so with the magnesium and the  WP
we are helping things along. Lowering T, and increasing E. Tongue
