There is not much info on these capsules except the size.
I take pro+formula from Reishi Essence.
My ingredients says 15:1 extract 500 mg 1-2 pills per day.
I take 2 pills with white peony, and am happy.
By the way you only want the red reishi.

I also would love to know of a few good suppliers of Reishi I want to know more about it. 

I read somewhere that rieshi also down regulates estrogen receptors.  Is that true?  I was going to buy some along with white peony.  Already ordered the peony.
