If I try to lose weight while on PM will the fat redistribute to my breasts or will I not have any growth there at all?

it depends-- PM breast growth is mostly because you are changing your hormones and that is making your breast grow. But we can't rule out that breast growth also has a lot to do with fat. If you are losing fat there is a chance your breast will decrease. You will just have to roll the dice. However I work out a lot and my breasts grew. Stay with calisthenics, isometrics and stay away from cardio. (however if you are on the heavier side and need to lose weight, cardio is a must) In order to not lose breasts I work out specific areas. Solely arms, legs, core. ETC Smile
Hi Rachel!

from my experience of consistently loosing weight by dieting and exercising while simultaneously following an NBE regime, I can say it is possible to loose weight and getting breast growth.

Breasts consist of breast tissue AND connective tissue together with fat. Therefore if you start NBE regime without developed breasts you can have growth even while loosing weight, because your breast tissue will start to develop, but you don't have any fat in your breasts to loose Wink . Of course I am not able to tell with 100 % confidence, because everyone is different.

Another interesting question would be it is possible for genetically male individual to show fat redistribution due to NBE or HRT during weight loss ...

Rachel,

Inhibit the conversion of androgens to the more powerful DHT (which inhibits breast growth). Sugar stimulates 5 alpha reductase which stimulates this conversion.

Estrogen is stored in fat cells, (think of this as a reserve), releasing this energy from cells stimulates hormone synthesis in peripheral tissue, (breasts are one of those tissues). The hormone Leptin plays a big part of fat burning and the release of aromatase (which aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen).

Muscle expenditure in the breasts (via pectoral muscles) should be depleted regularly in order for this to work, (chest isometrics with massage are such examples).

Check with a physician prior to all this.

Take a Look into a 30 day squat challenge, you'll be amazed by the results. 100 squats burns (roughy 38- 50 cal based on weight). It takes building up to the 100 per day if you've never done them before. (It's not easy, but, nothing about NBE is easy).

This is a long term process (2-3 years, even longer perhaps) of continuous work, being consistent is key. I've seen folks start/stop NBE for whatever reason, expectedly things don't turn out as hoped. Though I do believe if you stick with it (consistently) and don't throw in the towel you can achieve a certain measure of success.

Just wanted to chime in .....I lost a fair amount of weight and had some decnet growth over a two year period. So it IS possible.
Started NBE in Aug 2014 I was 204~245. First I quit all soft drinks and tonic water in my vodka. Anything with high fructose corn syrup was out.
Started something called "The Three Day Diet" or "Military Diet" in Jan 2015 becasue I had stalled in the 225~227 range.
It's something that you can pace your self while learning better eating habits.

I've gotten as low as 204 in mornings before shower - naked of course.

Yesterday at grocery I hopped on the scales...clothes on (shirt, flipflops and shorts)...weighed 209.

I'm going to get serious about less than 200....and this whole time I regualry do my 2000 mg PM caps and peony root extract every day with a few breaks.
I actually experienced better growth when I lost weight. I went from 185 to 160. I can't seem to stay below 160. Of course it could be that when I lost weight it accentuated what I was already developing. Wink
