anyone know if Progesterone is good for us? Ive been tempted to get a cream but Im unsure about it....

If you look at my follicly challenged thread, I use an oil based Progesterone, mostly on my head, but once every 3 days on my chest.
Its supposed to help you fill out.

Vitex takes care of Progesterone no need to add a cream.

Im thinking of dropping vitex for white peony but Apparently swansons dont want ship progesterone cream or peony to canada. So I guess I gotta look for a real supplier.

I would stay away from anything containing saw palmetto.
