Thanks sofia i will keep my mind open and listen to my body. As far as a regimen im thing pm,fg,sp and Female Hormone Blend SP-7C by Solaray just need to order them pretty inexpensive stuff.
Right now im taking Daily B-12, Daily Ginkgo Biloba, Calcium 1 morning 1 evening, Fenugreek x3 morning and evening, Saw Palmetto x2 morninh evening, Womens one a day multivitamin, will order the good stuff next friday i hope
