1-Be courteous and kind.
2-If you do not have something nice to say, don't say anything.
3-Do not be confrontational toward anyone, especially those who confront you.
4-Send Love and Peace to everyone.
5-Do your own research and make your own conclusion. If it is a medical issue, then, talk to your medical professional.
6-When someone leaves you a kind message, return the kindness by simply saying "Thank you".
7-Do not make a new name for people, it might offend them, unless you two know each other and is acceptable to both of you.
8-Try not being self centered and be mindful to others, for everyone is here to learn and grow. It is only through giving that you may receive.
