I do two at 8am then 1 at 4pm and 1 at 11 or 12 before i go to bed. My nipples are fat and puffy all day long and definitely hurt or ache. Im guessing the ache is something happening but after laying on my stomach i definitely feel it for about 10 mins.

I do too, for a couple of reasons. 1. It's easier and more natural for your body to use the correct way. 2. You are less likely to abuse the dosage without forethought.
