I haven't seen it in a while, but there are penises galore in Peter Greenaway's "Prospero's Books." I don't recall whether there are nude women.

I also think that regulations are quite strict on showing a erect penis as opposed to full nudity girl. So if you do see a naked guy it would probably be a locker room scene or running down the street naked scene etc?

Trans females are female.

There is an erect penis in Pasolini's Decameron.
Gaspar Noé's LOVE opens with one being stroked in a fully nude scene of mutual masturbation. It's quite a nice scene...and surprised to see it on Netflix.

This also has a lot of female nudity, does it not?

Again, female nudity is also present, correct?
Yes. And I have nothing against that. We should be naked like in the original garden. Even God was surprised that we somehow figured out to think otherwise!

The thread topic was "Are there any movies that show male full frontal nudity, but don't show naked women". So if your comments aren't even intended to be on topic, why are you commenting?
This article suggests that such bias made it into the MPAA rating system (even more so) after parents complained to the board about the content in Sacha Baron Cohen's Brüno - so now they'll specifically flag whether you're going to be exposed to penises - "an odd distinction that isn't made when actresses disrobe."

"Spy" with Melissa McCarthy. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3079380/

Given the movie, I'm pretty sure it was done on purpose.
Watchmen shows Dr. Manhattan in memorable, full-frontal, albeit blue, glory. I don't remember any female nudity.
