I just ordered 3 months worth of Estradiol, Fin and Spiro, and as most will already know that Smoking and Synthetic hormones makes for a seriously (potentially deadly) mix.

but what about those that Vape instead?

I smoked for 36 years, and have been off them for 2 years in May this year, but I do vape instead, is that as bad at all, since I`m only taking in the nicotine element and none of the other crap?

I vape and am on synths. Feel fine and the doc's not found any health problems.

It would be better if I didn't vape for sure, but I think i'm a thousand times better off than smoking.
