Hi, I'm new and just starting out on my journey and have ordered PM, WP, DHEA and GABA to start with. Really looking forward to seeing if I can get any growth.
With the PM I'm starting on 500mg twice daily, but I'm unsure of how many drops of WP to take with it?
Any help much appreciated
Also I've found a company selling PM tablets @2500mg at a very good price I know it's too stong to start with but may come in useful later and with a pill cutter could be divided.
