I don't use PM however, if I miss 3-4 days of any of my hops - and especially my funegreek, I start getting some pms-like b*#%%ness . I've been on these two herbs for years, not sure if it's typical of anyone else going cold turkey.

Thanks for the ginger root suggestion. Everyone has a favorite for knee problems and no two seem to be the same. I started the MSM for the knee but I'll keep it going for NBE.

with the MSM you need to get high load doses and then run at
2-5gram per day until pain mollifies
Its very very safe and can take huge quantites

Been taking 2 gms per day. Maybe need to up it.
