I doubt it. My undertanding is that the active component of PM is actually deoxymiroestrol, but is converted by oxygen to miroestrol. Hence, when you rub it on, what gets absorbed is the relatively inactive ingredient, miroestrol.

The received wisdom is that when you digest miroestrol, it gets converted back to deoxymiroestrol by the liver, travels around your body in the blood and attaches to the active receptor sites that cause the breasts to grow. However, I cannot find a reference in the clinical literature for this.

If true, though, it would imply that you would gain nothing with cream.

I think you would be better off using a Noogleberry on the smaller of the two.

Odd sizes are not unusual. Measuring around mine from rib bone to rib bone, the right hand breast is about 15cm and the left hand one is about 17cm.

Different sizes are probably far more common than you think. There is a 3cm difference in the rib-to-rib over the nipple measurement on mine. My right is smaller. I believe the side of your dominant hand will be smaller, and the more dominant the hand use, the greater the difference.
Well, for me (i'm right handed) its my right breast that's a little larger, fuller and has a larger areola.
Guess it's just life.
I agree with sfem on this one as my right is smaller and I am right handed.

My left breast is smaller, but the nipple is more sensitive. The nipple was also larger until I expanded the right one with my wonderful Supple Nipps.
