I have been at it for about two weeks with XXL Domes as I am a large man and it is showing. I am a solid A cup now and have a few pics that I will share. I am debating Transfemme and hesitate due to the fact I am not ready to be a girl fulltime. I do desire my own boobies and they are coming along. I will keep all posted as this goes...

Transfemme? Do you really have that kind of disposable income that you can afford their insane prices? Just go with Swanson Raw Ovarian and pay about $8 for 60 capsules. Transfemme is your typical "Brand Name For Specific Use" ripoff scheme for something that you can get MUCH cheaper elsewhere.
Transfemme is Benadryl. Swanson's Raw Ovarian is diphenhydramine. Transfemme is Advil or Motrin. Swanson's Raw Ovarian is ibuprofen.
Why pay more?
Honestly you can ask anyone here on the BN who's worth their salt and they will tell you the same thing; Transfemme is a waste of money. Swanson's Raw Ovarian is the same thing with a much more reasonable price.
