These things are opened but I'd rather give them away than throw them away. I have Swanson brand kelp 225 mcg of iodine, 250 pill bottle. NOW brand l-tyrosine 500 mg, 120 pill bottle. Both are well over half full. I also have 1 lb. goat's rue from Mountain Rose Herbs. I only used it once or twice to make tea so it's pretty much all there. I am getting rid of these things because I found out I don't need them according to my hormone balance. I will throw in empty tea bags for the goat's rue. I only ask $5 for shipping.
