Hi All,

I've been on PM for a few months now and I have nice buds. But they seem to stop evolving and the sore feeling has gone away aswel.

What I would like to know is what herbs help to reduce DHT? I read in a study that SP isn't really working. So what other herbs could help?

I would love to become more feminine without going the HRT way.
What is the best herbal way?

Thanks!
Hello Hanah,

Some herbal anti-androgens that come to mind are spearmint, white peony, and chasteberry. I've found spearmint to be very effective. I haven't tried the other two.
Hi Hanah,

Believe or not, ainterol PM has a 1 aromatase herb (geinistien), 2-DHT anti-inhibitors (geinistein, daidzein). Reishi seems to offer the benefit of fighting DHT, an anti-inflammatory (huge for NBE) and estrogenic properties. Here's more info, yup!, it's a lot. There's also another half dozen ways to battle DHT, this is a start. Wink

Hi Hannah,

I've been taking WP extract and PSO for 3.5 months now. My body hair doesn't grow back as fast after I shave or wax and I'm growing "new" vellus hair where "the grass wasn't growing" on my head. As far as breast growth goes, I am happy with my progress.

The info that Lotus posted is what made me choose my NBE cocktail and I've been happy with it.

Thanks for the info.
