Is it just me or does everyone who takes natureday for the most part experience well induced breast enlargement and attains a nice pair of breasts in the long haul but their areolas do not seem.to change at all? Its like the breasts and nipples grow but the areolas stay masculine? Seems odd to me and curious if theres a reason for this? I take natureday and my areolas have expanded slighlty but not.enough to notice especially on these winter.months. i want pm but the overall effects of killing chances of.kids and such steer me.clear of it. If i took a 500mg daily dose would it compensate and be sufficient to.induce areola growth?

I doubt 500mg of PM will get you anything but a lighter wallet.
If your worried you could always have some sperm frozen.
I'm not sure what results are typical with Nature Day. It seems like pm and HRT is far more commonly used on this forum.
Unless you're very sensitive to pm, you'll probably need more than 500 mg of pm to get any changes. The baseline dose for bio-males I think is 2,000 mg, but of course your mileage can vary. If you want to have kids, I suggest putting NBE on hold in the meantime.
While I am still relatively new on NatureDay, 5 weeks, if you look at all the male reviews on their site you will find that most of the pictures the nipples all appear to be unaffected. So it could be that ND may increase bust size, but the nipples may not be affected. Like I said, that is what it appears like from the posted male reviews on the NatureDay site.
going by all the research ive done, there are very few things that can make the aereola larger. most NBE will make breasts and nipples larger, but only BO and very high doses of PM have made aereolas larger from what ive seen. there are a few medical sites that touch on this very subject(male breast growth with small aereola size) and say its mostly an age thing, the younger you are(closer to puberty the better) the more likely you are to grow your aereolas as well with male breasts. a few of them say it has to do with lowered growth hormones in the system as you age as a possible reason, but thats about the only thing they suggest. you could try to suppliment but that comes with its own risks and may want to do some looking into that a little deeper before jumping on any hormone suppliment, risk vs reward
I used it for a while and decided to roll my own instead. With natureday or evansence you get what someone else blended. Sure it's easy, but you get what you get.
With the info here you can see what works for you and fine tune things for your body. Sure it's more work, but should be more effective AND cost less in the long run.
No matter what the approach is, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
