Hi folks, I've been taking PM and SP for just short of a month (2000mg and 1,000mg respectively, plus 1,200 of calcium daily) and have yet to see any huge changes. Perhaps my skin is a little softer and perhaps there's a bit more fullness - more to the touch than to look at.

That's fine - I wasn't expecting anything major yet. But, tonight, I noticed that the very tops of both areloae are very definitely darker than the rest. Only the very top tips, and on both sides.

Is this normal? If so, can I expect that darkness to spread to the rest of the areolae?

Thank you, Twink x
Sounds like are starting to see some changes. I would expect the darkness to spread and eventually be even throughout.

I was hoping someone would say that! Squeeee, so excited - and so happy.

My girlfriend noticed yesterday that my skin had become softer. I can't wait to begin budding. Been trangendered since I was a little boy (girl?) and am now 41.

To be able to grow my own breasts (without synthetic hormones or implants) is just a dream come true. Smile Whoever would have thought this was even possible, just ten years ago?
well it happened to me as a young man. I didn't take anything and by age 18 I was wearing my Mothers C cups. She loved it and took every opportunity to encourage my femininity. My father made me bind by breasts when I went out.

I'm 43, and I certainly wish I had know about this 10+ years ago and listened to my inner thoughts more! Big Grin
