Well, it seems that NBE is like an old friend. You can leave it alone for years, as I have done, but, sooner or later, you'll want to get back in the saddle and give it another go.

I was around when BreastNexus was known as "Eve's Forum". I posted alongside the ladies long before the "male" boards existed.

Over the years, I tried Natureday, PM (St Herb - whatever happened to them?!) and then Noogleberry.

As I result, I have small breasts. Nothing huge - maybe only an AAA cup and I can still walk around the pool on holiday without anyone knowing.

However, over recent years, I've become more and more feminine. My body has been shaved for the past 18 months or so, I've worn only lingerie since about 2006. I've had IPL on my underarms and, for the past year or so, I've gone to a salon for eyebrow shaping, eyebrow and eyelash tinting and manicures.

I've been with my current partner for the past 18 months and she is very supportive of my girly side, which has really bloomed in that time. Now I want to return to NBE. While she's cautious, she has given me her blessing. I'm very lucky.

I've ordered some of the capsules from Ainterol and my Saw Palmetto has already arrived. I've spent hours reading the threads in this and other forums - but I just have a few questions. Hope you can help!

1. Dosage. I intend to take 2000mg of PM - but what amount of SP would I need to take to go with that?

2. I had very little growth, if any, with St Herb PM. I now realise maybe I was taking too low a dose. Soooo, would that 2000mg cause problems "down there"?

While I'd love some AA or A-cup boobs, I'd rather not lose my erections - and I may want kids some day (I'm 41, by the way - no kids yet). I read a study about rats (or was it mice?) being given PM and they showed no decrease in sperm count. But I've read elsewhere that it can cause sterility. Is there any real evidence, either way?

3. I'm on a diet (again!) and have lost 2st since May. Would this program help or hinder with that? Or make no difference?

4. When I was on Natureday, caffeine was a big no-no. Is that the same with PM?

5. What about alcohol? Is that a no-no with PM, or OK?

That's about all for now. I've really enjoyed reading the forum and hope to take part now, as I used to, over the time to come.

Thank you for reading, if you go this far!

If you think you may want kids some day then i would freeze some sperm before you even start, once you have started its too late really as you would need a 3-6 month break (advice i was given by a sperm bank), as to erections well im on a fairly decent dose of pharmaceuticals as im in transition yet i can still get and maintain an erection if i wanted to, its mainly in the mind, with regard to caffeine and alcohol i would say just take it easy with them

Hi Bobie,

Thanks for the reply. However, I take it from what you say that with a long break, sperm production returns to normal? If so, that's fine. I don't plan to begin making babies any time soon and only plan to be doing NBE for a few months - maybe up to a year.

Is it all anecdotal or are they guys who've made their lady pregnant AFTER going through with NBE? Is there any real evidence out there?
You must assume that you could become sterile if you go down this road, the 3-6 months break is what i was told by a sperm bank that i would need for what i was taking at the time (2 weeks into pharma iirc) to be out of my system and for my body to have matured some sperm properly, however that was in the early days, now i dont know im probably sterile and would not recover but since im in transition im not bothered, if you think there is a chance you may want kids some day then best to visit a sperm bank than regret it down the line, someone on here did manage to get their partner pregnant while on nbe i beleive, i dont know what happened though
Thank you, Bobie. Does anyone else have any input on my questions?

Would really appreciate the help. I've begun taking 1,000mg of SP. Still waiting for the PM to arrive. It's coming from overseas and is taking a while.

Wow, it's awfully quiet on here! I really would appreciate any feedback.

My PM arrived yesterday, so I've now taken three doses. I'm on 2000mg of PM and 1000mg of SP - half in the morning and half at night.

Feels great so far, no headaches or anything and, naturally, no breast tingles or anything so soon.

I do, however, feel very, very happy and excited about the journey ahead. My partner is also being amazingly supportive. Her part of the deal is that she gets a new kitchen AND new bathroom, so she's excited, too! Smile

Hi twinklepose,
I was on HRT for 18 mos, 12 years ago. I now have a 5 year old son. When I started HRT my endo told me that I would become sterile. I don't know how long you'd have to be on either NBE or HRT to become totally sterile, but it seems for me 18 months wasn't enough Smile

Hi Erin!

That is so reassuring - thank you so much for your message! As I say, I've done this before - Natureday, then Mirifem and then St Herb PM, albeit on lower doses than my 2000mg of today, but I had no problems with shrinkage or erectile disfunction.

Been to ballet class today (I've been going since September). I always feel feminine and graceful there, but even more so today, knowing about my journey.

Thanks again for your reply, honey. x

Hey Twink,

You sound so delighted with the possibility of having offspring. I just wanted to make sure that you understood that I was completely off of feminizing meds/herbs for 6 years before my DW got pregnant. I feel truly blessed, but know that this might not have been the case had I continued on HRT.

If offspring are something that you do desire, it would be prudent to talk to your Dr and a sperm bank. I would hate for my experience to lead someone to an undesired result.

Thanks, Erin, but I only intend to be on NBE for six months or so - nothing too long term, and no massive doses either, so I should be fine. If my other half asked me to go for a sperm check, I would do so, but I have no desire to go down the sperm bank route.

I've still yet to read any cast-iron proof that PM lowers the sperm count. It all seems to be anecdotal - that it might. If anyone has any real proof, please let me know.
