I would use 1, 2 and probably 17 (with some caution).

Having seen the answers before answering is always the easiest way to do a test!!

Knowing the answers, I would actually alternate 1 and 2 with a 3 or 4 to 1 time bias towards 1 i.e. 3 or 4 weeks taking 1 followed by a week of 2

Ha, M your too funny, nothing like cutting to the chase, lol. Tongue

Two things that I would strongly recommend to any NBE'r that are not a supplements,

Yogurt-20) Rich in vitamins, calcium and minerals, growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen, probiotic , and has lactic acid component

Oats-18) Decreases SHBG, source of zinc, iron, vitamins B6, vitamin E and amino acids
Would almond milk yogurt or coconut milk yogurt work ok as a substitute for yogurt, for those of us with allergies to dairy?

Yes, how thoughtless of me Michelle, it's more of the Greek yogurt then regular yogurt. Honestly I don't think they have probiotics or the growth factor stimulate and fibroblast proliferation or collagen support, sorry. Blush
Check for me please, I'd be interested in knowing, we have a FOOD FAQ that could be updated with that info. Thanks! Big Grin

How about the oats?

The foods we eat are so important to breast growth.

Lotus, as regards oats, aren't they androgenic? I read that somewhere in older posts (from Isabelle maybe?). I still eat them very often. Wink

More from the zinc, and as Isabelle posted anything over 80 mg of zinc turns into androgens,

You'd have to eat quite a bit of oats for that to happen,

(22-01-2012, 10:39 PM)Isabelle Wrote: [ -> ]Some herbs are used for their effects on other than the main four NBE functions:
Oats: phyto-estrogen, decreases SHBG, source of zinc and iron, source of vitamins B6 and E, amino acids, orthosilicic acid.
Maca: increases DHEA.

In a list like this, the effects of an herb are expressed in terms of the functions, rather than in tangible NBE results. Results are often dependent on a combination of herbs, like the net effect of oats and flax on SHBG, which can cancel each other. Results depend on doses too: zinc helps in growth and swelling above 12 mg. Above 35 mg, it decreases prolactin, and above 80 mg, it becomes an androgen.

For the average bio-female which produce .5 mg of testosterone daily or about 12x less then bio-males.
Hi Peggy, please read this about SHBG,

I'm thinking of how we can benefit from a SHBG, and adding oats in your diet can only help, like you already do. It's just some basic info on Low Sex Hormone Binding Globulin.

So, for Miranda's choices they are,

1) Pueraria Mirifica-The most potent phytoestrogen, targets E receptors, minor anti-androgen (daidzien)

2) Fenugreek-Prolactin stimulate, increases production of estrogen, (phytoestrogen), adaptogen, (Fenugreek Seeds) contains some of the highest concentrations of the plant elements recommended by herbalists for breast enlargement. Also hormone regulator.

It's a great choice M, I use both as well. Frankly, if those two got married it would be a match made in heaven.
