would it be ok to take L-Arginire with PM,Both caps 1 each has 500 mg, since L-A helps with the blood flow in our body, i got my PM today an decide to give it a try, an well wait a week an see how it go, an thread in to some of u, if it does help out!
Never heard of anyone using it for NBE. Actually, I've never heard of it at all. Looks like you get to be the guinea pig and let us know what you learn.

Wouldn't hurt, I take L-Arginine mysellf sometimes.
It does help improve nutrient absorption into the bloodstream and clean out the arteries.
