Hello all, first post but have been reading with interest for months.
First started PM 6 months ago, now on 2000/day. Behind both nipples, which are very tender, I have marble sized hard lumps. Does that mean I have now started permanent growth?

Yes, the hard lumps are breast tissue and thereby are permanent growth. Congratulations on your progress.

To answer your question, no one knows. Sorry, honey, but there are many variables. Age, height to weight, etc. Some people get great growth fairly quickly. Others take time. Still others hardly get any at all. CV here is that the female members of your family are a good indicator of your potential. If they are large you likely may become so, too. But, to the best of my knowledge this is not based in studies but is rather merely anecdotal. But for most people, NBE will have results of some kind. You may also experience different emotional feelings than you have known previously. Adding E, even phyto E, will affect your thinking and emotions.
A word of caution...and, by the way, when I was new here I always resented this part, hee hee, but I have since learned better...it would be wise, as you begin all this to be ruthlessly honest with yourself. Once you start on this path there is simply no way of knowing how far you will go. As you travel, it is likely that your perception of yourself will change and unfold in ways you cannot now predict. Please be sure you are ready for that, honey, because later you may not want or even be able to turn back. This is said with love.
