I'm sure this has been posted before but in one's opinion what's the best way to take it. Is it better as a pill or in tea. Basic back ground I'm taking PM fluctuate from 1000 to 2000 mg/day

Can't say I have tried pill form, though others can comment on that (and with all the chatty cathys we have around here I am sure they will...LOL), but the tea has worked for me. I use a simple tea bag form from a company called Alvita. Picked it up at a local health food store. Nothing but pure spearmint leaves.

Tea or capsule?, I'm lazy so capsule for me!, but there was shortage for a short time so I started drinking spearmint tea. I didn't experience our favorite minty belch from drinking the tea, lol.
Just search the benefits of spearmint and you'll be reading for a while!
Seems like it's a matter of preference, IMHO.
