I am a bit curious about some of the doses of PM that people are taking - 2000mg per day, or even 3000mg per day.
However roaming around on the web, there seems to be a concensus that the recommended dose of PM is 2mg per kg of body weight per day.
As I weigh around about 65 kg`s, that would suggest I should only take 130mg`s per day.
Has anyone tried taking this sort of much lower level, and did they have any results - either in breast growth, or in any of the other health benefits that are claimed for PM ?
Is there a possibility that a low dosage of PM will work with oestrogen to enhance the effect of oestrogen, whereas a high dosage of PM will actually take over, and therefore block the effect of oestrogen.
