Well I have finished almost a full month(1 week with a break, then 2 weeks) and I feel like things have progressed, but i am not all that pleased with my shape lol. If i slouch at all i feel like i have pancake torpedos coming out of my chest! I am somewhat overweight and not sure if the extra weight is causing the moobish-ness of my chest. So, I am debating on holding off on continuing and trying to get my weight down. Any thoughts on weight reduction before developing? Or will they form the same way?
