I don't recall the correct term for them, but if you look at women's breasts, you'll notice a tiny hole in the middle of each nipple, that's where the milk comes from. I don't recall ever seeing those in men's nipples, but I don't make a habit of looking at men's nipples, either! So, I would consider those a good thing for you and I'd think it means your girls are now feminine, for the most part!! :-)
