I have tried PM in capsules and cream but I got a allergic reaction from both
I am so disappointed. Maybe I will try another brand and see how I react.
What sort of reaction did you have ?

I got a tickle in the throat, nose and lips and I got red eyes. Where I used the cream, the skin was a little warm. I only took two capsules 500mg in 2 days and used the cream once. The reaction came very quickly and are first completely disappeared after 3 days.

Odd, sounds more like an Airborne particulate (pollen etc) reaction.
(I have Bad Allergies myself)
Do you take any Antihistamines?
if not get some over the counter ones say like Claritin or it's Generic Copys.

I do nt take Antihistamines and I am normally not allergic. It is the first time I ever got an ellergic reaction and it came so quick every time i had contact with PM
