Breast Growth For Genetic Males

I've been stalking this forum for a while and thinking. In conclusion I decided, that I do not really want Boobs for personal and objective reasons. They were never my real interest anyways... On the other hand I'd like to gain a bit of butt/hip volume, without messing up my upper torso...

Is something like this possible?

I think you can do this with exercise to build your butt and hips because nbe normally causes more breast than hips
