I was taking FG mainly for its Progesterone, but have read elsewhere that up to 90% of Progesterone taken orally is destroyed in the GI tract and Liver. I am curious if the estrogens in FG will compete with the PM and slow down my process?

I've also been using PC twice a day and have also read that it can store up in skin tissue after only a few weeks and stop the its effectiveness. I was thinking that I should go the sublingual route with Progesterone because by entering the blood stream it will bypass the liver.

is there anyone here that uses Progesterone in their program and can tell me how effective it's been for them?

PC is great, but you should only use it two weeks out of every 4 and alternate where you put it between wrists and inner thighs and other places where the skin barrier is thinnest.

And FG has no significant estrogens. At all. I don't know where you'd gotten the idea otherwise. It's actually not even a significant source of progesterone either. What it is a significant source of is prolactin.

thanks for the help AbiDrew. I am currently cycling where I apply the PC. I'll start doing the two week cycle too.
