I'd rather be in the 1% club. Then I could afford to do what I felt like.
I wouldn't want to try to put percentages on this, and I bet the fellow claiming the original percentage wasn't really trying to rate himself on a scale. He was just trying to give his audience the concept that gender is a mix of parts, not wholes. He isn't a man with breasts and a dress, nor is he a woman with a penis and facial hair. He is just himself, and recognizes that some of him fits one recognized category and some fits another. Putting percentages on it suggests there is some special validity to either end of the spectrum, and I don't believe he feels that way.
