Hi all
I ve been reaserching pm and aam trying to figure out the best way to acheive my goal of reaching a breast size of an a cup. Currently i have what would be considered as man boobs of about an aa cup and would like develope them to an a cup, can anybody tell me if i was to take a dosage of around 500 mg a day would my breast develope in size albeit slowly and would this also help reduce the developement of my areola,

Many thanks for any help in advance
Hello Skatmat.

Welcome to the board.

I think NBE requires a bit of self-experimentation to find what works for you and what doesn't. 500 mg of pm sounds like a very low dose to me considering the recommended daily dose for genetic females is 1,000 mg. For genetic males, I think the average daily dose is in the ballpark of 2,000 mg. You may get some progress with 500 mg, but more than likely I anticipate you'll have to take a higher dose to achieve some growth.

Hi flamesabers, thanks for your reply. I m looking at taking a low does as i would like to develope but at a slow rate in order not to scare my partner as she is a little aprehensive about me haveing breasts

I highly recommend talking to your partner before continuing down this path. I think whether you pursue NBE at a slow or a fast rate, she will notice and you'll have the same issue of confronting her about your decision. If she is not comfortable with the idea of you having breasts now, why would she change her mind when you decide to grow breasts without telling her?
It sounds like you already spoke to your partner. If she is apprehensive but willing to let you proceed slowly and you are hoping to keep your nipples small, then do not use PM. My first year of NBE I used FG, SP and Fennel. I had some small growth, to a small A cup, and my nipples did not change at all from being fairly small men's style in both shape and size. PM changed all that. If you are just exploring this with your partner, then perhaps that would be a better way to start. You can always move up to PM later like I did if things are going the way you want them to and you want to go to the next level.
Hi sfem
Thanks for your reply, what dosages did you use in your regime at the beginning
If you search past posts I may have posted the doses I took. I am not sure I remember them right at this point. I think I mostly went with the manufacturer's suggested doses, despite being male and it was fine. As I said, the changes were not big and they were slow. I do believe it gave me a decent foundation to work from when I switched to PM.
I ve found the dosages you were using what was your reason for having breaks in your sp and did you find/have any side affects form any of the herbs
I take breaks from NBE for the same reason I occasionally take breaks from coffee and from alcohol. It is because I don't trust companies that sell me things to tell what might be bad for me about the things they sell. So I sort of reset myself to default every now and then so I can judge for myself what effects these things are having on me, both physical and mental.
As for side effects of the herbs, most of them have been discussed a number of times in this forum by a number of members. For me, too much FG makes me smell like maple syrup, too much PM in too short a time give me muscle pain particularly in the shins and calves of my legs. I have little desire for masturbation while on PM, and I am generally calmer and happier. Oh, and let's not forget our favourite side effect, these soft bouncy growths on my chest. I still chuckle every time I think of that phrase, Pansy-mae. Thank you for that.

That statement brings a smile to my face whenever I read it. Smile

Pansy-mae, perhaps you should use that as your signature on all of your posts. Big Grin
