will it be like restarting the whole process? I remember when the PM really started working and my buds formed under my nipple. Will the bud appear again and such or does that only happen once in a lifetime. I know my results are permanent because I can feel the different glands and such when I massage and they haven't gone away when I have been without any herbs at all.

I can only speak from my personal experience, but I was using PM for several months(less than a year) and had significant development, more than enough to cause me to stop and reevaluate if I was doing the right thing. I stopped for the better part of a year before resuming. When I began the PM again I had no visible changes remaining. So much so that my GF did NOT believe me when I told her what I had accomplished. It was less than a month before I noticed things happening again and they really took off a couple of months after that. I don't think you have anything to worry about! Oh, and my GF, she is a believer now, for sure.
