What will happen if you become estrogen dominant and then stop taking PM? I'm just curious...
I haven't tried this myself so I'm not exactly certain. When I had problems with estrogen dominance, I resolved it by adding progesterone cream into my routine. I think you would continue to experience the estrogen dominant symptoms until your body is able to rebalance your hormones. If you're stopping cold turkey with pm, you may make things worse. After all, in this situation you are already deficient with progesterone, by taking away the pm suddenly you would also be decreasing your estrogen levels.

Whether you're going up or down on pm dosages, I think it's best to take things slowly when possible.

I agree with Flamesabers. I was having all the symptoms of estrogen dominance and started using progesterone cream. After about a week, all my symptoms subsided and I actually felt good. Later I tried not using the progesterone cream and the symptoms returned. So, I am back on the progesterone cream and I no longer have estrogen dominance symptoms.

May I ask the brand of progesterone cream you use and is the aim of you using it to quell the e dominance or for possible aerola and nipple development

Thank you

This is the brand of progesterone cream I use:

I'm using progesterone cream more for breast development than quelling estrogen dominance as of now. I haven't had problems with estrogen dominance in quite a while.
Thank you flame

You have me thinking now

Your aerolas are so amazing do you think natural size growth made them like that or did they accelerate after thempg cream use ?

I think my areola growth is more of a result of genetics than any one part of my NBE regime. When I started NBE, I didn't have specific goals like getting enlarged areolas. Instead, enlarged areolas and other developments like fat redistribution to my hips/bum simply came about.

I've used PG cream on and off throughout my time pursuing NBE, but I don't think it's a magic bullet for areola enlargement. (Keep in mind I've never applied it directly to my breasts.) The only things I applied directly to my breasts were wild yam extract and fenugreek extract, back when I was following the flat2fem program.

I know other members have also achieved significant areola enlargement, and they have their own regimes.

So long as you're achieving progress with your regime, I'm not sure if there is much else you can do to encourage areolas enlargement. I see areolas enlargement as a component of breast development, rather than something separate that requires its own regime to achieve.
Sigh
I think your right if we wish to use the natural sources, hopefully they will expand as the breasts grow

On the synthetics side aerola growth can be forced, one girl I know used some sort of synthetics mix and her aerolas went super dark and jumped. She had tiny a size breasts but nipples and aerola were huge, they came before breast growth then she had to stop.
