I think switching back and forth with wanting to pursue NBE is reason enough to put it on hold for a few years at least. NBE isn't something you have to decide on right now. I'm twice your age. Believe me when I say you'll have plenty of time in your adult years to figure out if NBE is something you really want to go through.

Let's see. You don't have the money for herbs and can't buy them without your parents knowing, but you have $10,000 for breast implants and can somehow get this surgery as a minor without your parents knowing?!?! Definitely someone playing games.
