It's been 1 month after my last hops capsule and I begin to feel that empty disconnected feeling plus im more lazy and not as sharp. yet i don't feel any GID related anxieties except when i see an attractive GG but its not as bad as it used to be. So that being said i think that your system does regain much of the testosterone level back, but it would never bring it back to what it used to be. Because on avarage my libido is lower than it used to be a year ago especially after the second round of 120 capsules of PM and i've noticed a general decline in GID feelings altogether.

I'm a bit confused here.. you are taking PM and hops? Cold Turkey on everything for a whole month?

i'm not taking them in the same time. I was taking hops for awhile then i took a break for about a week, after that i switched to PM only for 3 months and then i took another brake for a few days before i started taking hops again but only for a short period of time to gradually decrease all the estrogenic activity in my body. Now i've been on nothing for almost a month and i feel like its about the time i should go back on hops.
and the reason why i'm going back on hops and not PM is because PM gives me a slight gut which makes the hourglass shape look less noticeable and at times I really really really really want to transition when i'm on PM long enough. so i want to take it easy. also, to me hops has more estrogenic activity on the body more so then it does on the mind which is what im interested in at the time being. also i might want to have kids one day so i'll stay away from PM for now.

I don't want to try to influence you one way or the other re: hops vs PM, however I think there several entangled issues here.

One thing I think is worth pointing out is that if you take a large dose of hops, which does contain phytoestrogens, and if you take enough to feminise your body, then your sperm is jeopardised just as much as taking any other estrogen.

It would make a lot of sense, if you can afford it, to get some sperm professionally frozen for the future.

Secondly, I'm not sure what the gut reference is... I haven't read anywhere else that PM gives you a gut?

It's definitely worth going cold turkey if you find the desire to transition overpowering and it doesn't form part of your long term goals. Do you spend a lot of time presenting as a female? If so, that may be part of the problem... the longer you spend looking female, the longer you will want to.

i actually don't dress at all. i only do on holloween because of my circumstances. i'd rather grow a small pair then dress up. lol.
sometimes staying androgynous seems like a good idea.
about the gut thing ye. i read somewhere that it moves fat to the stomack or something like that. i might be wrong and i've noticed it on me so i stopped it but that just me being too self conscious. anyway still on breake. be on hops again very soon.

I think you've got the wrong end of the stick there.

Fat "moving" is only going to happen when you lose it and regain it.

Estrogen-type hormones give your body a preference to deposit fat in feminine locations - that includes PM.

Too much fat anywhere is not a good thing anyway. It soaks up fat soluble chemicals, some of which are carcinogenic, and puts a load on your body that weakens your heart and generally makes you less able to resist illness.

I've seen advice for people taking NBE to put on weight to make their boobs bigger, but this is bad advice. The only growth that matters is breast tissue which is not fat and takes time.

I'd always recommending losing all male-type fat first - flat stomach at least - before attempting to put on a few female pounds.

that makes sense. I actually am very skinny and have very little fat male or female lol. the only thing i've noticed while taking hops was that my butt was getting slightly bigger aside from the breasts. to the naked eye my ass would probably is the same but now that i've went back on hops i feel like my butt is brushing against my pants more. I also feel much better now. i reached a point a few days ago where i really needed some sort of estrogen because my GID anxieties and irrational thinking was really getting to me so I bought a thing of hops and I feel much better now. i don't know if its because my brain was rewired enough to where i need it because im not taking it solely for the purpuse of breast growth but for pretty much everything.
one thing i learned from taking hops is if i take too much i feel like shit and i don't feel like doing anything. but around 300mg is all i need probably because im a light weight. 135lb.
any thoughts?

You'll need to ask Isabelle about hops - I've never used them (except in beer).

I'm surprised that you are able to function well on 300mg /day - I'm on a low dose of PM at 1g/day and that is a far more powerful estrogen mimic... but I'm glad for you if it does the trick!
