Hello everyone,

For more info about me, see my Intro thread: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10061 and Profile.

I've been on an extended break, since Oct. I stopped taking all herbal supplements, except for those I use in preparing my meals, many of which are used in NBE.

Well, I've decided to start back up and take the plunge.

I ordered Ainterol PM on eBay Friday, Mar 23rd, and I figured I'd have to wait a while, eBay's Estimated Delivery: 04/10/12 - 04/23/12.
Surprise, surprise, I'm picking it up at the post office tomorrow morning. The PM I ordered is the 200g jar of powdered PM. Now I need a scale to figure out the volumes of 500mg, 1000mg, etc. of powder, e.g. how many teaspoons or fractions thereof. The kitchen scales sold at Walmart and such won't work, not accurate enough, won't weigh that small of an amount. And, I need to figure which of my supplements I can take with the PM. No FN, no FG (maybe, we'll have to see, I'm a Type 2 diabetic), etc.

It's recommended that you take PM with warm milk, for me, milk is out. So, depending on the taste, I'll have to see what will work.

As for eventual size we'll have to see, I'm already larger tit-wise than my youngest sister. (Not to mention in every other way!) As far as my mom and oldest sister, mom was a C-cup and big sis is a DD. The comparative adjectives for my sisters is deliberate, they're both younger than I.

Current measurements:
Bust: 52.5" ~ 133cm
Under Bust: 50" ~ 127cm (Now if I can just get this back down to at least 48", if not 46", without losing the above! Not likely.)
Over Bust: 48" ~ 122cm

Height: 6' 7" ~ 200cm
Weight: 315 lb ~ 142.9kg (I really need to take off 80 or 90 lbs.)
Excess weight contributing to my Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, potential cardiac problems, initial breast enlargement...
Needed a menu that won't leave me feeling hungry or nauseous.

Further info:
Loss of sexual function is not a factor, that started disappearing 15 or so years ago. Angry
GRS is not now and will never be an option. I have no desire to transition, I like my 'equipment', even if it is mostly non-functional. Blush
I'm not a cross-dresser, although I probably will end up wearing bras, if I can find any to fit. (When I get there.) Besides, I'd make one hell of an ugly woman.
Hair? It's already too late. When I was losing my hair, I wasn't thinking about trying to stop the loss. Dodgy

I started easing to this journey long before I found this forum, or any other for that matter. Before I knew about Noogleberry or Brava and such, I was using bowls from the kitchen, on an infrequent basis. I have two 1 qt bowls (946cc) and two 7 cup bowls (1656cc), if I take my time, I can get my tits to stretch enough to completely fill these bowls. The smaller bowls are slightly different sizes, ID and depth, although the volume is the same. What I'll do is start with the smaller bowls, apply enough vacuum to get the stretch started, wait half an hour, then increase the vacuum. That is for the 1st hour, then I take a 10 to 30 minute break, then swap the bowls and apply full vac for another hour. Sometimes, after another break I'll use the larger bowls. Yes, I did get red spots and water blisters, before I learned to moderate my vacuum.

A Noogleberry is on my shopping list.

I'll be posting some pictures later, the earliest ones are from July 2010, not quite before I started, but early on. In those days it was kitchen herbs and haphazard vacuum.

Hello Dave,
And here I thought I was the only one using a "homecrafted Noogleberry". Had mine for a few years, but haven't been very faithful in using it. Not because it didn't function well, just a lack of personal commitment. I even made mine so the spread between breast is adjustable, since the little buggers like to move around when vacuum is applied. Basically hands free.
The reason I replied is to remind you that you may consider getting the equipment to make your own capsules for taking whatever you decide to take. If you don't have a problem with gelatin based capsules, the equipment is not very costly, and would solve the whole taste issue. You would only have to figure out how much "stuff" to stuff in them. I noticed by your profile that you use a whole litany of things. It nearly gave me a headache! Just joking. However, with capsules, you may even be able to combine some of what you currently take, with your PM. I'm nothing if not trying to keep things simple as I can, and it might make it easier for you. Just an idea. Good luck!! Patti
Hello Patti,

No, you're not alone. In my searches for info I've run across others who have made their own.

I'll sometimes use a strap to hold them closer together, as they like to move to the side. As for hands free, with the smaller bowls, they pretty much stay in place and I can move around and work, just as long as I don't reach across my body. The larger bowls limit my movements by quite a bit. Oh yes, one of the pics I posted, is of the larger bowls in place.

I'll have to look into that. Thanks.

A lot of that is nutritional supplements, with only ancillary connection to NBE. Some of it is taken for other reasons.

Take a look at the "KISS" in my signature, "Keep It Simple Stupid." I have been known to make things more complicated than they had to be.

As far as the gelatin goes, the only dietary restriction I have is self imposed, no milk, cream or sour cream. Lactose. Although, I'm fine with butter, cheeses and yoghurt.

Hello Dave,

I'm delighted to find someone here who is bigger and taller than I am (6'4" & 252lb), and who like me is just switching to PM. A few years ago my doctor tried to persuade me that I was on the point of becoming a type 2 diabetic, but my blood sugar readings have since stayed resolutely in the normal range - but I can relate to the hypertension, cardiac problems and initial breast enlargement (although in my case it probably wasn't real at that stage).

Good luck on your journey. Your present development seems impressive. At one stage I played with a pair of replacement rubber cups for toilet plungers but they did not achieve much except for leaving indented rings on my chest. How do you draw the vacuum in your bowls?

While I'm sure it's very satisfying to build your own, the Noogleberry is a quality device for a reasonable price, about $65 delivered to the USA. It comes in a nice carrying case unless you get the XXL cups. You might be spending nearly as much on parts and way more on design and construction time.

Hi Annabel,

One of two ways, one, using a small diameter vinyl tube and just sucking the air out. Two, I have a nebulizer pump, that I have converted into a vacuum pump. Have to be careful with this one, as it can draw the air out very fast. So I use a double tube setup to vary the vacuum.

A nebulizer pump is for turning liquid medications, like Albuterol, into a mist for inhalation therapy for people with COPD. It can still be used for this function.

Hello EricaB,

I do like to build and work on things. Like the addition on my house, a bicycle trailer, working on my vehicles, building my own computers, etc.

I am planning on buying an NB.

Hi everyone,

Picked up my PM yesterday morning. I started taking it yesterday, starting at 1000mg/d. My initial concerns about measuring it were addressed by the fact that the bottles of Ainterol PM powder come with a 250mg spoon. The bowl of the spoon is shaped like a capsule.

The taste isn't bad, a little bitter, and then a combination of flavors, a little maple, nutty, sweet. And my taste buds are saying something like turkey stuffing. Huh I may never figure out all the flavors.

The instructions on the bottle say to take two spoons a half hour before breakfast and again before going to bed. It also says to take it with a calcium-enriched liquid (milk) or with calcium tablets. As I can't drink milk and I do have calcium tablets, I know how I'll be taking it.

Now to take the PM, I'm starting out at 1000mg/d and I'll ramp up from there after a week. Monitor the results, and periodically report them.

We'll have to see how much I can tolerate, and what dosage works for me.

Hi Everyone,

The only thing I've noticed so far, is waking up with low back pain, as reported by at least one other person. Although it's a toss up as to whether this is due to the PM, or to my injuring my back in a roll-over (years ago.)

Still in the first week of PM, 1000mg/d, 500mg AM and 500mg PM.

That was me. It still happens, from time to time, but only if I take 2 at a time, rather than 3 hours apart. I suspect it puts a load on the kidneys as well as the liver.

Try spacing them apart. I never have a problem with 3-hourly (except remembering when to take them... thank you Android phone!)
