Hello everyone, its me again with my newbe question, yesterday talking to my mom, she told me is taking some pills called "Sojar", as a complement of strogens, i was just wondering if the effects will be similar as PM, as these will be easier to buy for me in my country.

someone have try similar supplements? wich could be the similar dosage with those 500mg of PM

Soy will work if you drink enough of it, but you need lots. You are better off going with PM, Hops or Fenugreek.

Well then, try them for 2 or 3 MONTHS and see what happens, but you should be able to get hops or fenugreek in capsule form and they are known to work well.

For instance (and I know this is a UK store) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=225&prodid=507&sid=0 but I am sure a health food store local to you will stock something similar.

Thanks Beverly for ur quick response, gonna see what i can get from local store, maybe the Sojar, i am till not sure about dosage, guess i should start with minimal and see what happends.
