I do not think one needs to get over-vexed about this. I loathe raw milk and eat very little youghurt, cream or butter, although, sporadicaly, I will eat quite a lot of cheese. It does not seem to have held me back. I take my caps, twice a day; around 8/9 am and around 11.30 pm to 1.30 am { tells you something about a restaurateurs life! }
Some say you should foresware caffine, others alchol; I've done neither.
I am convinced that you do need a lifetimeme dose, to maintain all the benefits of PM, otherwise you will have acheived the milk duct/ glandular growth, but lost the fat distribution, to support it. While I have use WY, my best results have been in PM, alone.
it is possible to hide A/B breasts with think polo shirts, vests or compression tops provided for Gynecomestia: a Male Breast Disorder.

my goal is to hide D cup breasts eventually.

My wife has D-cup breasts. Based on her I would say your goal is unachievable. I will be interested to see your results.

Purely as an academic question, if you succeed in getting D-cups breasts and you cannot hide them, what do you intend to do at that point?

It is always good to have a 'Plan B'

That almost certainly IS possible, although to some extent it depends on the band size as much as the cup size

I really seriously doubt that it is possible to grow them that big and even more I doubt that it would be possible to hide them.

The gynecomastia tops really do little more than stop them moving about and being obvious, but the sheer physical volume of a pair of D cups would be impossible to hide, I think.
Until you have them, you have no idea, of how sensative brests are. They can be conceled, in part, by binding. However, the thought of doing that, makes me feel quite quasey.
As to size, anything, over a B cup, is a real bonus. A D cup is possible, but unlikely. A modest B cup, cannot be concealed, by clothing; I should know, as I have been there and knew I had no alternative, to coming out.
What the others said! My experience with hiding 38a (almost b) breasts is to stay away from male gynecomastia vests--they are uber expensive, very constricting over all, and basically binding for males (think painful.) I prefer microfiber crop tops, lightweight (less support) sports bras and women's shapewear. I also must wear something pretty much no matter what top I wear since my nipples very obviously protrude so much. I have a nice collection of shapewear that does the trick (I can even wear snug tshirts) and was WAY less expensive than gynecomastia vests, especially if you shop online for discounts and sales.

At your height and weight, I also question the ability to hide even a c-cup let alone d's. Knowing the steps I need to take to hide what I have, I'm not even sure I could hide full b-cups without revamping my wardrobe to MUCH looser tops. As it is, I can't wear tanktops or tight shirts without revealing what I have. Good luck with D's, but if you succeed, by all means let us know!

Just my opinion of course.
I wear polos and it does very little to conceal my breasts, however I started wearing lighter and tighter clothes so that they are more apparent :p if I filled out a B cup judged on where I am now, a D cup would be super apparent.
You could buy silicone breast pads to see how your chest would look if you made it that far, try concealing them under your clothes, and once you start budding is when you realize binding is no longer an option Smile
Do not think loose clothing is an answer, to concealing boobs. I wear chef's jackets and the effect, is of a tent, hanging off a boosom; not a good look. At a borderline A/B, I felt compeled, to come out; at a C, you can only bear your boosom, before you and be proud.

I am somewhere between AA and A. Got that? Not a B nor a C nor a D.

I am wearing a white T-shirt today and I do not normally wear T-shirts but looking in the mirror, I might start wearing them more often. My waist is very obvious so it makes my hips look larger, but my tiny AA bosom really stands out.

In this T-shirt I cannot hide a AA. Any boob of any size cannot be classed as easily-concealed breast-flesh. I am sorry, but that seems to be the way it is. At my size a baggy shirt just about works but I cannot remove my shirt or wear a tight one and my boobs are tiny. I have had bigger pimples (well, it feels like that...)

Sound words Beverley. I am a borderline C and all I can do is stick them out and walk proud! Any other possibility, is a fantasy. Be proud, or re-appraise!
P.S. How good is life!Smile
