Hi everybody
I know some of the benefits of taking PABA with BO,
but can anybody tell me whether there are any dangers,
side effects, or rules on dosage etc

It's dangerous if you take it to excess, but you could say that about a lot of things.
In excessive amounts it is poisonous, but you need a lot of it to get that effect.

do you have any specific information?
i am considering taking b.o 500mg caps,
one three times per day.
i just want to know how much paba i need
to compliment it. too little and it will
be a waste of time, too much and i might
get nasty side-effects
any help appreciated

PABA is known to cause skin rash, fever, malaise and liver problems, but these side effects only set in at high doses (some say 5g a day, others say 8g to 12g a day. Since typical supplemtation is only about 500mg a day it follows that most people taking PABA are not going to have any problem.

i take one 500mg tab three times per day
alongside my b.o. which is also one
500mg tab three times per day
would you think that is a good dose and mix?
