PM growth?

#11

Body hair seems less and finer; sadly no regrowth on the scalp.
I hppened to catch sight of my self, in the bathroom mirror, yesterday, and was amazed at how much my bum, hips and upper legs are changing.

This website is showing adverts for "Regaine" and boy - is it expensive! However it's major ingredient (and the active one) is minoxidil at 5% strength and you can get that for 1/10 the price of regaine so I've ordered up 3 bottles for £18 inc P&P t try and thicken up the scalp line at the top of my forehead. I'd rather have my own hair long enough to dispense with the wig. Results take 2 to 4 months to start showing up but typically after 4 to 8 weeks you'll know if it is working.

Finer body hair (from PM and possibly SP as well) with better head hair would suit me just fine.

Beverley,
Can you point me to the supplier. It has to be worth a go, before hair transplants!

Chrissie, just Google " Minoxidil 5% ", and loads show up at around the price that Beverley quoted.

I ordered from http://www.minoxidil-direct.co.uk/ Delivery 4 to 7 days and you pay via Paypal so no need to disclose card details. If it works then results show up in (typically) 4 to 8 weeks possibly as long as 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, if I understand it, if it has not started then you're out of luck.

Mine should be arriving in the next few days and make sure you order the 5% one, not the 2% one.

Actually Chrissie.... a thought has just struck me. The product at 5% says quite clearly "For use by menu only" and there is a 2% product "For women". Which one should you use?

I'm serious - what defines a woman in this instance? Her genetic material or the presence of (phyto)oestrogenic chemicals in the body?

Does the PM make a difference? I don't know. The most helpful article I could find was this

I don't think so, they just got a good domain name but bad website. It's can't imagine they are serious even if they sell PM. I buy direct from Thailand and are happy with that.

Try Google "kvao krua kao thailand" to find Thai companies.

Actually that website and this one http://www.pueraria-mirifica.co.uk/ are run by the same company - at least, the both have the same account with PayPal. I ordered from them and the response was fast and the stuff arrived in plain packaging but it was too big to go through the door so I picked it up from the sorting office.

I'll be reordering from them shortly and I'll be combining the PM with SP as an anti-androgen.
