I wondered in waht period of tim i can expect changes in my body / breast?

Its not the best approach on this site to register, post once and on the next moment ask for nudes from regulars... You could start feeling things happening in a couple of weeks... or not.
It is very much a wait and see situation. Patience and consistency are key.

If nothing is happening after 30 days on your regimen, 
you could boost your dose to 1500mg per day, total.

If your testosterone level is in the normal male range, 
you may need to add Red Reishi mushrooms or White Peony to your regimen, 
to suppress it, so that this in not an uphill battle.
